Your data is safe and remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all quotes, orders, and customer records at any time. We will never delete data without giving you ample time to download it.

Most manufacturers are fully live within 2–4 weeks. Week 1: account setup and product catalogue. Week 2: sales team quoting training. Week 3: production and inventory. Week 4: full switchover. Our team is available on call and WhatsApp throughout.

There is a one-time onboarding fee that covers account configuration, product catalogue setup, and your first training session. This is included in the proposal we send after your demo call. Enterprise plans include unlimited onboarding.

Yes. The Starter plan supports up to 3 concurrent users, Professional up to 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. Each user has their own login and role-based permissions — sales, production, and admin roles are pre-configured.
